Lead Email Campaigns Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of our email programs. You will create targeted campaigns driving lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversions while overseeing outbound sales cadences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute email campaigns including newsletters, nurture journeys, and webinar promotions.
  • Ensure seamless journeys across marketing and sales platforms, optimized for lead progression.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads and move prospects through the funnel.
  • Oversight and review of Apollo sales email cadences to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging consistency, and campaign objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of email automation.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong).
Bonus If You Have:
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email formatting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-marketing automation integration.
