Marketing Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to support our localisation and growth efforts in the Brazilian market.

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the Brazilian market.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create and manage campaigns across social media, influencers, affiliates, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Oversee email marketing and content production, including landing pages and blog articles.
  • Run and optimise customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
Requirements

Mandatory:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing.
  • Native-level proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly in a dynamic environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the financial, FX, or securities industry.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including SEO and paid ad operations.
  • Social media campaign planning and execution.
  • Japanese or Chinese language skills are an asset.
