Clinical Leadership Professional

We are seeking a results-driven and forward-thinking Clinical Leadership Professional to lead a dedicated team of nurses, clinical triage officers and assessment professionals in delivering high-quality home nursing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Home Nursing Service ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and contractual requirements.
- Provide expert clinical oversight and accountability across nursing and assessment functions supporting high-quality safe and responsive care.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support service growth and innovation.
- Enhance systems, processes and policies that support clinical governance, business efficiency and high consumer satisfaction.
- Support the development of a skilled and capable nursing workforce aligned with current and future sector needs.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Proven leadership experience in managing nursing teams in a community setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management and continuous improvement principles.
- Financial acumen and business management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of community funding streams (e.g. CHSP, DVA).
- Experience with client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A current driver's license and national police check.
