Client Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our team in delivering high levels of customer service and efficient operations across Victoria.
This permanent full-time position will involve working closely with the team to ensure seamless clinic operations, providing exceptional client care and supporting local area marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure high levels of customer service and client care across the region
- Assist with rostering and arranging/providing cover where required
- Support and increase the efficiency of clinic operations across the region
- Provide training and general support to the Client Care team
- Assist with local area marketing event planning and logistics
- Solid experience in client care and administration, preferably in a multi-site environment (healthcare related experience highly regarded)
- Flexibility and a hands-on approach
- Ability to travel between clinics
- Good people skills and ambition to step into a future leadership role
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
