Key Responsibilities
  • Scope, win and oversee the delivery of client engagements across various sectors.
  • Identify new market and consulting opportunities based on understanding of sectors and environment, including regulation.
  • Develop follow-on opportunities with clients through spreading our leading reputation.
  • Shape and direct the growth of advisory service lines related to specific sectors.
  • Guide and support teams with sector knowledge, strategic thinking, and insight.
  • Mentor and support team development.
Requirements
  • Successful track record in providing advisory consulting to asset-intensive organisations within regulated industries.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 15+ years' experience working with organisations.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a business.
  • General management function within a sector practice.
  • Demonstrable commitment to developing colleagues' performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, business networking, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory environment specific to Power utilities and/or Rail operators.
