We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

As a Sales and Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to enhance their databases, optimise rent rolls, and conduct market appraisals. Your primary goal will be to generate new business and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate New Business: Manage inquiries through internal and external referrals, cultivate new leads, and actively seek out fresh new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Property Managers: Work closely with Sales Agents and Property Managers to enhance their databases, optimise rent rolls.
  • Market Appraisals: Conduct appraisals, often alongside Sales Agents, and provide expert insights to clients.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering professional advice and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads, filter through hot prospects, and convert them into lasting business.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in business development within the real estate industry.
  • Certifications: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you're comfortable engaging with clients and the team.
  • Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
