We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across key digital channels.
About the RoleThis pivotal role will focus on impactful campaigns and content initiatives that elevate brand desirability, boost ecommerce sales, and grow market share. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing.
- Support and execute the annual digital and ecommerce marketing strategy, setting performance targets aligned with business goals.
- Lead planning and implementation of digital marketing activities across Paid Media, SEO, SEM, EDM/CRM, and affiliate channels.
- Manage the Digital Marketing and CRM calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be accountable for their actions, and demonstrate ethical standards. They will also be able to show up for a team and actively venture beyond their comfort zone.
