TSU LANGE YOR is looking for a Digital Growth Lead to shape and grow our digital presence and customer journey. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience in ecommerce, marketing or a commercial role who wants to take ownership and grow into a broader commercial position at a fast growing business.

You'll play a key role in driving our DTC channel, CRM and loyalty programs, working closely with the Marketing Lead and Head of Wholesale. The role combines analysis, execution, and creative problem-solving. You'll get hands-on experience analysing results and executing improvements to help us grow and strengthen customer relationships.

This is a role for someone analytical, ambitious, and entrepreneurial — someone who loves digging into numbers as much as they enjoy thinking about the customer journey, and who's excited by the idea of working in a fast-moving, creative business.

Key responsibilities
  • Complete ownership of the digital channel, including eCommerce sales and website optimisation.
  • Acting as a key lead in website operations, including product launches and continuous site improvements.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive sales growth.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end customer journey, including CRM, loyalty programs, and digital engagement.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Wholesale to align digital strategy with brand and retail priorities.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve user experience, conversion rates, and retention.
To be successful, you will have
  • Demonstrated experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital channel management.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with proven experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • The ability to work independently, with strong initiative and leadership potential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on capability in execution.
