About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, building relationships with potential prospects, and managing our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Bld strong relationships with potential prospects and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system to refine sales pipeline processes.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with agencies and related businesses.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a business development or sales role.
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing and a passion for following industry trends.
  • The ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
