Job Summary
  • This position requires an experienced Digital Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy across various channels.

Main Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy
  • Develop and maintain a digital strategy that drives business growth through Google Ads, SEO, social media, affiliates, and remarketing.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and eComm team to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Lead digital campaigns for both online and physical retail stores.
  • Manage SEO initiatives and external agency relationships.
  • Optimise marketing channel data feeds within PIM and Merchant Centre / Commerce Manager platforms.
Data Analysis
  • Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies.
  • Report on ROI/KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership
  • Manage digital budgets and mentor a team of channel specialists.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing within a retail environment.
  • Proven success in managing SEO/SEM, email, social, and display campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
  • Passionate about consumer behaviour, brand engagement, and driving results.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
