We are seeking a skilled customer experience specialist to join our client's team based on-site at their office in Loganlea, QLD.

This position is permanent full-time and reports directly to the customer experience manager.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving client queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Ensuring accurate data input into logistics systems and prioritizing tasks to meet daily deadlines
  • Managing client requests outside of standard processes and ensuring system updates for job status tracking

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with exceptional customer relationship skills
  • Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflict
  • Customer-driven behavior with a sense of calm urgency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate system knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
