About The Position
  • This role is focused on engaging clients over the phone to update information and conduct fact-finding. You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming client appointments with Financial Advisers.
  • Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding service to build and maintain client relationships, conducting both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless client service, and supporting Financial Advisers with scheduling and client information management.
  • You will have the opportunity to utilise CRM and financial platforms to manage client workflows and regularly use Microsoft Office programs.
About You
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services, with a strong sales background is essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • A collaborative mindset with adaptability to work in a diverse team is also required.
