We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Client Experience Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our Client Excellence team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, their families, and our care professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our care managers, coordinating client details, reviewing and updating information, and ensuring seamless interactions with clients, their families, and our care professionals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will also be responsible for providing training and development opportunities to our care professionals, helping them to enhance their skills and knowledge in care management.

About the Role:

- Provide administrative support to care managers, coordinating client details and ensuring seamless interactions

- Review and update client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Develop and implement training programs for care professionals, enhancing their skills and knowledge in care management

- Collaborate with care teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or social care

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
