About the Role

We are looking for a vibrant Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Milque Spa. This role is at the heart of our salon, you'll be the first smile clients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the person who ensures their experience is seamless from beginning to end.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to bring warmth, charisma, and professionalism to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, warm, and engaging customer service every time
  • Greet clients with confidence and build genuine rapport
  • Assist with bookings, confirmations, and client enquiries (in person and over the phone)
  • Support therapists in achieving their daily goals and ensure the day flows smoothly
  • Confidently multitask and stay organised under pressure
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy salon environment
  • Contribute to a supportive, team-focused culture

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is naturally outgoing, warm, and loves connecting with people
  • Thrives in busy, client-facing environments
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including a confident phone manner)
  • Is proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Has previous experience in customer service or reception (beauty, spa, hotel, or airline experience highly regarded)
  • Brings positivity, charisma, and professionalism to every interaction

Availability

  • Must be available for late-night shifts and Saturdays
  • December is our busiest month — full availability is essential
