About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Consultant to join our team at Proofpoint PTY LTD. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, ensuring successful service delivery and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope engagements through assessing client operations and business processes, gathering key business and functional requirements, and making recommendations for improvements to optimize Proofpoint technologies.
  • Provide solutions that allow clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data and people.
  • Work with the broader Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations.
  • Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years consulting experience, preferably in Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, or Cloud Security.
  • Preferred experience with Windows Server and web infrastructure, as well as Linux infrastructure.
  • Preferred background with Microsoft or Symantec DLP.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Dedication to client service with a confident, comfortable in-person and virtual presence.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
