Job Description

We are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to demonstrate and articulate solutions to complex business problems for our existing customers using RDY software. As a key member of our team, you will assist and collaborate with the customer success organisation in providing consulting services to our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and articulate solutions to complex business problems for our customers
  • Collaborate with the customer success organisation to provide consulting services
  • Assist in providing consulting services to our existing customer base
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Proven project management experience in a professional services environment
  • Document customer requirements, create materials, and run workshops
  • Demonstrate positive team behaviours to contribute to a supportive environment and company culture
Requirements
  • Understanding of either NZ or Australian payroll compliance
  • Working knowledge of time and attendance
  • Australian award application knowledge
  • Zambion and/or HR3 expertise
  • Understanding of technology design and delivery
  • Track record of building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency working in a highly Agile environment
  • Experience working with a blend of skill sets
