Job Responsibilities:
  • The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for professional services engagements with our clients and partners, including implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services. Through needs assessment and detailed project planning, the Professional Services Consultant will develop strong business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully onboarding clients and completing projects on-time and within budget.
  • Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations and other professional service engagements across the Mediaocean platform suite.
  • Participate in thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities.
  • Track projects and provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks.
  • Work directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configuration.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization.
  • Escalated application support in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for the Mediaocean platform suite.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Mediaocean direction.
  • Participate in internal UAT activities as required.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the media/advertising industry and trends within the industry.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting finance teams, consulting or implementing financial systems.
  • A degree in Accounting, Business or related field, preferably with courses in Systems Analysis and/or Project Management.
  • Sound project planning and administration skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.
  • Ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with media agency systems or related software/applications would be desirable.
  • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve products would be desirable.
