About the Opportunity
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work within Employee and Workplace Relations, partnering with senior executives and stakeholders to implement HR initiatives that drive engagement and capability.

The successful candidate will possess a wealth of experience in providing advice on workplace matters, performance management, change, employee development and industrial relations. Seasoned expertise in HR services within large complex organisations is also highly desirable.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice to client groups and stakeholders through a HR Business Partnership model.
  • Assist managers in employee relations matters and identify options for resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on strategic and operational issues.
What You Need To Succeed
  • A strong ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A qualification in human resources, organisational development, business or other relevant fields.
