Human Resources Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and develop our Human Resources team, focusing on providing high-quality services and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experts delivering HR operations and support effectively.
  • Oversee compliance, policy, and process frameworks, ensuring accurate employee records are maintained.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and integration across HR functions, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR function on critical projects including remuneration programs, policy rollouts, and compliance reporting.
  • Provide supporting expertise to other non-HR business units.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience is required.
  • A strong background in HR operations, preferably in a centralized HR services model.
  • Familiarity with SAP, HRIS systems, and payroll principles is essential.
  • Excellent compliance and process management capabilities.
  • A data-driven approach with a focus on improvement, able to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
