Our company is seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Portfolio Growth Strategist.

As a Portfolio Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve product portfolio strategy to identify growth drivers and attract new customers.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the market, customers, and use cases to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage product lifecycle from development to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive key demand elements such as pricing, promotion, merchandising, and product experience to optimize commercial performance.
  • Build volume forecasts and lead discussions with supply chain, finance, and third parties to minimize out-of-stocks and optimize efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in category management, product management, or program management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or similar.
  • Strong strategic, critical thinking, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables. (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
