Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to take their career to the next level within a global organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advice and operational support to our colleagues and people leaders on all operational HR matters.

You will work closely with our HR Consultants and manage a specific portfolio within the business, using your exceptional client orientation and customer service skills to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and provide advisory support to people leaders on performance management, employment relations, HR policy, and process interpretation, workforce/resource planning, and technology.
  • Provide first-level advice and support on all HR policies and processes to our colleagues.
  • Work as part of a team to assist the HR Consultants with any ad-hoc employee-related matters that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development and management of People Organisational policies, processes, ensuring adherence and understanding across the business.
  • Provide navigational support on HR systems and tools for the Pacific region, as well as content management for HR documents.
  • Be the primary contact point and relationship manager with the HR Global Operations support team based in Poland and the local HR team, including administrative process delivery and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in a HR generalist role
  • Experience in handling and resolving sensitive and complex Employment Relation matters
  • Experience in executing and implementing change management initiatives
  • Exceptional client orientation and customer service skills
  • Exposure to using Workday or similar cloud-based HR system would be highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • A degree or other related HR qualification would be advantageous but not essential
