About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our dedicated team of Coaches and Intake Support workers in the NewAccess program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to engage, develop, and retain high-performing employees and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fidelity to the NewAccess model of service
  • Build Coach capability and maintain a standard of best practice across the NewAccess program
  • Review data to identify trends and forecast demand
  • Provide quality assurance and oversight of reports
  • Engage with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Min Diploma/Bachelor's degree in relevant accredited course and/or substantial relevant experience
  • Ability to use telehealth platforms effectively
  • Satisfactory Police Records Check
  • Blue Card – Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module – Quality Safety and You – free online course
  • Right to Work within Australia
  • Current valid Driver's Licence
  • Trained to deliver LiCBT and experience working within the NewAccess Service Guide (or willingness to complete training)
  • ASIST & QPR training completion (Desirable)
