Job Title: Clinical Mental Health Nurse Specialist

Frontline Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Mental Health Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments: You will conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
  • Developing and Implementing Patient Care Plans: You will work closely with patients to develop and implement care plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Providing Education and Support: You will provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborating with Healthcare Teams: You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
Requirements:
  • Current Nursing Registration: You must be currently registered as a nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Community Mental Health Experience: You must have experience working in community mental health settings.
  • Strong Assessment and Planning Skills: You must have strong assessment and planning skills to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
