Lead a Dedicated Team to Deliver Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Wellways Australia. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of Coaches and Intake Support workers to deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and engage a team of Coaches and Intake Support workers to deliver mental health services
- Implement strategies to engage, develop, and retain high-performing employees and teams
- Ensure fidelity to the NewAccess model of service
- Build Coach capability and maintain a standard of best practice across the NewAccess program
- Review data to identify trends and forecast demand
- Provide quality assurance and oversight of reports
- Engage with key stakeholders
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant accredited course and/or substantial relevant experience
- Ability to use telehealth platforms effectively
- Satisfactory Police Records Check
- Blue Card – Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module – Quality Safety and You – free online course
- Right to Work within Australia
- Current valid Driver's Licence
- Trained to deliver LiCBT and experience working within the NewAccess Service Guide (or willingness to complete training)
- ASIST & QPR training completion (Desirable)
