Job Description

In this pivotal role as a Unified Collaboration Expert, you will be instrumental in delivering technical support and driving the facilitation of managed services for collaboration technologies. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to provide expert guidance, drive incident management, and foster seamless change management.

This key position is accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of brilliant service to multiple enterprise customers across various technologies and products. Your expertise will encompass Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Dedicated Instance, CUCM, AudioCodes, and Oracle SBCs/SIP voice.

A strong focus on vendor management is essential in this role, as you will collaborate with various vendors to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers.

You will also play a vital part in mentoring and guiding other team members, providing assistance and filling knowledge gaps within the team.

  • Elevate our critical collaboration systems by resolving pressing issues and maintaining system uptime.
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly, sharing your expertise, and responding promptly.
  • Pursue our vision in supporting cutting-edge cloud-hosted and on-premises collaboration technologies, including unified communications and video telepresence platforms.
  • Operate within a structured environment that adheres to ITIL principles and promotes standard service management practices.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues encountered by Tier 1 teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications
