Senior Learning and Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning and Development Business Partner to join our People and Capability Team at Pioneer Credit.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small dynamic team and designing and delivering high-quality learning initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate the Learning and Development team to drive a positive and supportive team environment.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to build programs that support individual, team, and organizational capability.
- Provide advice on leadership and learning strategies to support business performance.
- Manage our Learning Management System (LMS), including the design and delivery of e-learning content.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality learning programs.
- Facilitate engaging training workshops for leaders and teams to build knowledge, capability, and performance.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Experience implementing and managing a LMS system would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Experience in finance and banking sector is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
