ICT Service Manager for Defence Capability

The Force Design Division is seeking a skilled ICT Service Manager to support the Portfolio Performance Measurement Directorate with the enhancement and sustainment of the CapabilityOne System. This system manages information related to the One Defence Capability System and the Defence Integrated Investment Program.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS to resolve problems, drive improvements, and enhance processes.
- ASSIST IN IDENTIFYING REPORTING AND DASHBOARD REQUIREMENTS for the system support team.
- HOLD USER FORUMS TO COMMUNICATE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AND UPDATES.
- MANAGE C1 SYSTEM TRAINING DELIVERABLES, INCLUDING REVIEW OF MARKETING MATERIALS, STRATEGIES, AND PLANS.
The Investment Planning and Management Branch (IPMB) supports the highest-level decision makers in Defence and Government to deliver outcomes required by the ADF. We directly provide decision support to the Vice Chief of the Defence Force in his role as Chair of the Investment Committee by providing independent analysis and advice on the Defence investment portfolio. IPMB is a small, yet influential team trusted to advise Defence on investment matters.
