**About the Role

The Force Design Division is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic leader to contribute to the Department of Defence's key policy and national security functions.

The primary role of the Defence ICT Service Manager is to support the Portfolio Performance Measurement Directorate with the enhancement and sustainment of the CapabilityOne (C1) System.

C1 is an Information Communication Technology (ICT) system that manages information related to the One Defence Capability System and the Defence Integrated Investment Program.

You will build relationships with stakeholders to resolve problems, drive improvements, and enhance processes.

You will assist in identifying reporting and dashboard requirements for the system support team and hold user forums to communicate technology services and updates.

You will manage C1 system training deliverables, including reviewing marketing materials, strategies, and plans.

About Our Team

IPMB supports the highest-level decision makers in Defence and Government to deliver outcomes required by the ADF.

We directly provide decision support to the Vice Chief of the Defence Force in his role as Chair of the Investment Committee by providing independent analysis and advice on the Defence investment portfolio.

IPMB is a small, yet influential team trusted to advise Defence on investment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustain and enhance the CapabilityOne (C1) System.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to resolve problems, drive improvements, and enhance processes.
  • Identify reporting and dashboard requirements for the system support team.
  • Manage C1 system training deliverables, including reviewing marketing materials, strategies, and plans.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $91,702 - $104,753 per year, plus up to 15.4% Superannuation.
