Key Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer first-class support to NHP's commercial client base.
- Handle Technical Enquiries: Handle phone and email enquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process Inbound Enquiries: Use the Omni Channel platform to process inbound inquiries and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to achieve desired outcomes and improve processes.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records and documents relating to customer activity.
- A Can-Do Attitude: Demonstrate a strong customer focus and a willingness to learn and develop with the business.
- An Ability to Work with Different People: Show an ability to work with a range of different people and styles.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Be a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is committed to achieving results.
