Landcare NSW is the representative body of the Landcare movement in NSW and the voice of community Landcare.

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Community Development Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in delivering the NSW Landcare Program, supporting the growth and development of our regional networks and groups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering the Regional Community of Practice component of the program, ensuring that all milestones and activities are completed on time and within budget.

This position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in natural resource management, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Landcare movement and its goals, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Regional Landcare Coordinators, Local Landcare Groups, and other stakeholders to achieve our objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, providing support to our volunteer committees, and identifying opportunities for funding and partnerships.

We offer a competitive salary package of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours and a not-for-profit work environment.
