Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive programmatic sales strategy across CTV, Publishing, and Audio, building strong relationships with clients and refining tactics to drive revenue growth.
  2. Team Management and Development: Manage and mentor the programmatic sales team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance to ensure targets are met and high performance is maintained.
  3. Programmatic Buying and Campaign Optimisation: Oversee programmatic buying, optimising campaigns through data-driven decisions and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
  4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand programmatic advertising, staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  5. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with advertising standards and data privacy regulations while maintaining best practices to protect client interests.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programmatic digital sales with revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic platforms, ad tech, and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and campaign performance.
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams and managing agency relationships.
