About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled reservations manager to lead our reservation and distribution functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building rates, packages, and sales strategies in hotel revenue management and distribution systems, as well as overseeing inventory management to verify appropriateness of selling strategies.

  • Build rates, packages, and sales strategy information in hotel revenue management and distribution systems
  • Support all reporting and analysis for the revenue management team
  • Oversee inventory management system to verify appropriateness of agreed-upon selling strategies
  • Maintain transient rooms inventory for hotels, responsible for maximizing transient revenue
  • Prepare historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities

About You:

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role and exposure to front office reception and reservations work. The ideal candidate will have exceptional guest service skills, problem-solving ability, and can work under deadline pressure.

  • Previous reservations experience is essential
  • Ability to work well under deadline pressure
  • Exceptional administrative skills and ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude
