Support and lead the Reservation and Distribution functions for the Lancemore Group Central Reservations Office. Take your Hotel reservation knowledge to the next step with not only processing reservations but getting more involved with the inventory management systems, building rates, packages and inventory.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Working closely with all Revenue and Hotel's Front Office departments
- Build rates, packages and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel revenue management and distribution systems. Support all reporting and analysis for the Revenue Management team.
- Oversee the inventory management system to verify appropriateness of agreed upon selling strategies.
- Maintain the transient rooms inventory for the Hotel(s), responsible for maximizing transient revenue, prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities.
- Ensures Hotels' sales strategies, rates and packages are effectively implemented in the reservation and distribution systems
- Handle external systems like channel Manager, Web booking engines, Rate comparison tools, Online Travel Agents extranets etc.
- Manage PMS new user logins
- Assist in managing room rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties
- Accurately generate, process and update all property and market Revenue Management reports and serve as primary source for majority of reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team
- Ability to work well under deadline pressure.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Success in a similar role and exposure to Front Office Reception and Reservations work would be beneficial
- Deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload
- An acute eye for detail and exceptional administrative skills and able to pick up systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively
- Positive mindset and a can do attitude, a great person to work with, reliable, level headed, organized with previous reservations experience.
