Support the reservation functions for the Lancemore Group Central Reservations Office, ensuring all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, providing excellent customer services at all time.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey including online and phone reservations, from pre-arrival to post departure experiences.
- Able to promote all Hotel services and facilities, make reservations and recommendations on the hotels and local areas
- Working closely with the Revenue Team and the Hotels Front Office departments

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Success in a similar role and exposure to Front Office Reception and Reservations work would be beneficial
- Deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload
- An acute eye for detail and exceptional administrative skills and able to pick up systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively
- Commitment with flexibility to work various shifts
- Positive mindset and a can do attitude, a great person to work with, reliable, level headed, organized with previous reservations experience.
