Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing compassionate support to guests facing challenges related to gambling

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Experience in guest relations, Responsible Gambling programs, hospitality, support services, social work, security, or education
  • A proven ability to cultivate productive relationships and an understanding of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and safer gambling strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing safer gambling initiatives and supporting our valued guests in making informed decisions. The position requires flexibility to work across various shifts (morning, day, and night).

Your passion for interaction and problem-solving, along with your empathetic nature, will enable you to effectively assess and implement timely supportive measures.
