Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Brisbane North/West territory.
About the Role: As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and managing your territory, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in GP and Specialist environments, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including GPs and Specialists
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your sales-driven mindset to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or territory management role, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in a sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Highly driven sales mindset, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
