Employee Growth Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Professional Development Specialist to lead our training approach. This role will play a pivotal part in centralising our learning systems and streamlining processes to support a consistent employee experience.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Assessments across regions and farms, considering operational differences and role-specific requirements.
- Assess current programs and identify capability gaps to develop and implement a phased, practical Learning and Development Roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Upgrade training materials, transition our learning platform to a fit-for-purpose solution, and create accessible resources for a diverse workforce.
To succeed in this role, you'll be an experienced Professional Development professional with a practical, hands-on approach and a passion for helping people grow. You'll work independently while collaborating across teams and levels of the business.
You'll have demonstrated success in assessing learning needs, designing engaging training solutions, and supporting diverse learners.
