Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Assessments across regions and farms, considering operational differences and role-specific requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess current programs and identify capability gaps.
  • Develop and implement a phased, practical Learning and Development Roadmap aligned to our business goals.
  • Upgrade training materials, transition our learning platform, and create accessible resources for diverse learners.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Learning and Development professional with a hands-on approach and passion for growth.
  • Confidence working independently and collaborating across teams.
  • Demonstrated success in assessing learning needs, designing engaging training solutions, and supporting diverse learners.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential.
