About the role

BaptistCare Griffith Centre is seeking Carers to join their team on a permanent part time (45 hours per fortnight) and casual basis. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.

**Duties may include**:
Assistance with a wide range of person centered care in accordance with care plans
Assistance with activities under supervision
Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

Skills & experience

Previous experience as a Carer (desirable)
Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)
OR willing to complete Certificate
We encourage Nursing students to apply
