Job Description:

Aerobotics is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to support our customer base in Australia. This role combines sales, technology, and innovation to shape the future of farming.

The successful candidate will work closely with growers, offering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. They will identify and build relationships with new customers, provide product demonstrations and training at farms and offices, and develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agribusiness or AgTech;
  • Background or experience in perennial tree crops, agronomy, or horticulture is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to work independently and drive results without supervision;
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
