This role involves leading nursing and midwifery education at Auburn Hospital, collaborating with leaders across Western Sydney Local Health District, and providing high-quality healthcare services to the local community.

  • Provide leadership for the Nursing & Midwifery Education Unit
  • Oversee the nursing and midwifery education portfolio, including managing the Gradstart Program

The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills, have the ability to lead and implement change, understand adult learning principles, and be competent in education delivery and facilitation.
