Requirements

  • ">
  • A degree in Nursing, Community or Human Services, Case Management, psychology, Social Work, Allied Health or Rehabilitation Case Management.">
  • Previous case management and/or supervisory experience.">
  • Support Coordinator experience is highly desirable.">
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.">
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Confidence in managing time effectively, including the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.">
  • Familiarity with IT systems.">
  • A Blue card and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.">
