Lead Commercial Claims with Empathy and Strategy

 

We are seeking a Senior Claims Consultant to lead and assess complex commercial and general property claims. This role requires confidence and compassion in advocating for insured clients, as well as the ability to mentor and guide claims consultants to build a high-performing team.

As a Senior Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal processes, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives, and working full-time, Monday–Friday with flexible hours.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience in property or commercial claims, a strategic thinking mindset, empathy, confidence, and solutions-focused approach. You should also thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, communicate clearly and calmly, especially when clients need reassurance, be organised, energetic, and ready to make a meaningful impact.
