The Lead Clinical Advisor is a key role within the healthcare industry, providing leadership and teaching to junior professionals while managing patient care under the supervision of senior experts.
As a Lead Clinical Advisor, you will be responsible for advocating for patients, educating them on their treatment options, and supervising rotating junior staff members. You will also be involved in research initiatives, aiming to contribute to at least one publication within the 6-month rotation.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent recognised qualification registrable with the Medical Board of Australia
- AHPRA Registration
- Ability to partake in a 7-day per week, 24-hour roster and be included in the weekend on-call roster
- Flexibility to work across multiple facilities
- Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B
