What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of insurance claims with professionalism and empathy

  • Advocate fiercely on behalf of clients to secure fair outcomes

  • Handle complex cases using your industry knowledge and negotiation skills

  • Assist with claims compliance and support process improvements

  • Guide less experienced consultants and help shape our evolving team culture

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in insurance claims—domestic, commercial, or both

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • A natural ability to manage complex cases with confidence

  • Passion for client advocacy and ethical outcomes

  • Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
