Job Summary

The Contract Manager will be responsible for supporting contract performance, managing risk, and driving value across key business agreements. This role requires a commercially astute individual who can advise on commercial opportunities, monitor contractual obligations, and work closely with operational and corporate stakeholders to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify margin and revenue optimisation opportunities across current and future agreements
  • Advise on commercial agreements and ensure obligations are monitored and met
  • Track and report on the performance of key contracts and business arrangements
  • Support compliance with insurance, regulatory, and legal obligations
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms with high-value clients and partners
  • Conduct commercial analysis and deliver insights to senior decision-makers
  • Partner with Operations to ensure alignment between contracts and service delivery
  • Contribute to commercial strategies that drive business transformation and innovation
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Law or a related discipline
  • Proven experience managing or advising on high-value contracts and agreements
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex scenarios
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a sound understanding of regulatory and contractual frameworks
  • Collaborative, with the ability to influence decision-making and support business priorities
