Job Title: Service Contracts Specialist

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity in Macquarie Park. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Contracts Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all service level agreements and contracts are managed efficiently, administering contracts-related activities, and developing strong relationships with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of the Contracts Database
  • Contracts tracker by liaising with associates within the organization
  • Manage service level agreements in SAP CRM and Smax
  • Contracts Reporting
  • Preparation, coordination, and management of new service agreements
  • Invoicing customers and filing according to customer support department needs
  • Archiving of documents and records when required
  • Preparing quotes and follow-up
  • Ensuring customer purchase orders are processed within departments KPI's
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience using an ERP system such as SAP (essential)
  • CRM tool Salesforce and Service max is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suits, especially Excel (essential)
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
  • An understanding of the contracts process
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of initiative and good eye for detail
  • Well-organized and able to multitask to meet deadlines in a high-volume transaction department by managing and prioritizing tasks
