About the Role

This permanent position involves managing service level agreements and contracts. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with internal teams, provide support across departments, and work independently as well as collaboratively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a Contracts Database by liaising with colleagues within the organization to track contracts accurately.
  • Ensure seamless service level agreement management in SAP CRM and Smax systems.
  • Coordinate preparation, development, and execution of new service agreements.
  • Process customer invoices and file documents according to their specific needs.
  • Achieve efficient document archiving and record-keeping when necessary.
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with clients effectively.
  • Maintain timely processing of customer purchase orders within established departmental KPIs.
  • Provide expert phone support, perform administrative tasks, and undertake similar duties efficiently.
  • Demonstrate high-level project and time management skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven success.
  • Essential experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP.
  • Desirable experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Service max.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Candidates should possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of contract processes is vital.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High initiative and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
