About the Role

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for leading the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, monitoring key performance metrics, and participating in the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office team to deliver peak moments to our guests
  • Create a welcoming environment and memorable experiences for our guests and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Empower team members to go above and beyond for our guests
  • Coach and mentor Guest Service Agents and Assistant Managers to grow their careers
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the General Manager on projects, reports, and initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Previous leadership experience in a small to medium-sized property
  • Roster and Revenue Management skills preferred
  • Understanding of hotel property management systems
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to work across morning and afternoon shifts on a rotating roster
  • Ability to train and mentor the team
  • RSA and First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
