Software Lifecycle Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Lifecycle Specialist to join our Client Success team.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the duration of their agreement, ensuring they maximize value from their investment.
  1. Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of software programs, technology, and licensing schemes, particularly Cisco Software Programs.
  • Knowledge of other software vendors' solutions and ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio.
  • Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
  • Proven ability to interpret client business strategies and objectives to identify opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organisations.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills.
